Tab Definitions

The following tabs are available (shown in alphabetical order). Your System Administrator can change which tabs are available and the order in which they are shown.

Tab	Description
Areas	Use the Areas tab to record additional land areas that pertain to the document.
Base*	The Third Party Base Information tab summarizes all general or common information that pertains to the Third Party agreement.
Client Defined	Store data about an agreement or asset when no fields exist within the module.
Compensation	Use the Compensations tab to record additional compensation amounts as allowed in the agreement.
Invoice History	System populated tab that summarizes Invoices to Grantees that have been successfully generated through the Third Party Invoice process. The newest Invoice Month appears at the top.
Legal*	It records the legal location descriptions of the lands governed by the document.
Maintenance Rate*	Generally populated for Road Use Agreements, list the possible road use maintenance rates that may be used on the User Wells tab.
Name Cross-reference	Summarize the individuals or companies that are involved with some aspect of the agreement for a quick at a glance reference. i.e. Field Superintendent.
Obligations	Summarizes the tasks that must be completed to satisfy the Lease requirements.
Related Files	Summarize all of the relationships between related agreements and assets.
Remarks	Additional information that cannot be captured in specific fields on other tabs.
User Wells	Generally populated for Road Use Agreements, specify the User Well / Locations that are governed by the agreement. The fees entered can be billed in the Third Party Invoice process.
W.I.	Optionally, enter the working Interest / DOI. Typically not required for Third Party agreements, some companies choose to have their System Administrator hide this tab.
