Run a Mass Update

You can run a Mass Update at the time you create a Mass Update record, or at a later date.
1. Highlight the Mass Update record in question and select Update. The Process Mass Update window appears.
2. Select Mass Update. The system will let you know if user locks exist. You must remove the user locks before running the mass update.
3. If no user locks exist, the system displays the Mass Update window. In the Update Sections: field, select the document section that you want to update. The system displays the corresponding mass update information fields at the bottom of the window.
4. In the Mass Update Information fields, enter the information that you want to add to the mass update documents.
Note: If you are using the Contract Amendment Link to Sub functionality, select Base > Amend only. In the Qbyte CS Land application manually link Base Amendments to applicable Subs.
5. Select Update.
6. Confirm the system prompt. The system updates the selected documents with the mass update information.
