Budget Expiry Calendar Report Setup

Introduction
The Qbyte Optix Budget Expiry Calendar Report for Mineral Leases is designed for longer-term budgeting and planning purposes. The Budget Expiry Calendar allows your organization to effectively review expiring leases at a higher level than simply the Mineral Sub, since this report groups the information by Location (Section, Township, Range and Meridian). Recommendations for each Location can be recorded and tracked right within the report.
While there is no setup required in Qbyte Optix, the following two Code Tables must be setup by the Administrator in Qbyte CS Land in order to use this report:
It is also important that Users are using the exact same User Id when logging into Qbyte CS Optix and Qbyte CS Land, otherwise they will not see the data entry fields on the report.

If Display Lease Type = Yes, the Code will appear in brackets for that lease.
