Qbyte Optix for Qbyte CS Land Report Comparison - Mineral

Introduction

The Mineral Extension Date Exception Report displays those Mineral files for which the information entered in the Extensions Table and that entered in the Extension Code and Extension Date fields on the file subs do not match. This report can be used to ensure data integrity. This standalone report was available in Qbyte CS Land reports, however in Qbyte Optix a similar report can be easily created by utilizing the Mineral Lease Sub Data Extracts report.

Sample Report Criteria

Mineral Lease Sub Data Extract for the purpose of Mineral Extension Date Exception report for All Active Mineral Lease Subs with Extension Type of 15 or HBP and Extension Date is not empty.
