Abstracts	Mineral Lease Details	Generate industry standard formatted Mineral Lease Abstract by utilizing the Mineral Lease Details (Abstract).
Acquisition/Disposition Report	Mineral Lease Acquisition/Disposition Summary	The Mineral Lease Acquisition/Disposition Summary lists the acreage values that has been entered on the acquisition/disposition tab in the Mineral Lease. The report can be run for each Acreage Category and will display totals at four levels: Area, Province, Division and Report. The Qbyte Optix report is formatted slightly different to print on legal size paper as it now shows all acreage values, in the selected Acreage Category as well as the Net Dollar Amount for each file on a single row. The Lease Type, Legals and Rights are not shown on the report.
Mineral Acreage Summary	Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary	The Qbyte CS Land Mineral Acreage Summary and Mineral GNR Acreage Summary reports have been combined into the new Qbyte Optix Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary which lists gross, net, exposure and royalty acreage in acres or hectares by acreage category all on one report. You can still generate acreage totals by division, province, area, lease type, and/or lessor type as required. The Qbyte Optix report values will match the CS Land reports. Mineral Extension Date Exception Report	Mineral Lease Sub Data Extract	The Mineral Extension Date Exception Report displays those Mineral files for which the information entered in the Extensions Table and that entered in the Extension Code and Extension Date fields on the file subs do not match and can be generated by utilizing the Mineral Lease Sub Data Extract.
Mineral GNR Acreage Summary	Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary	The Qbyte CS Land Mineral GNR Acreage Summary and Mineral Acreage Summary reports have been combined into the new Qbyte Optix Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary which lists gross, net, exposure and royalty acreage in acres or hectares by acreage category all on one report. You can still generate acreage totals by division, province, area, lease type, and/or lessor type as required. The Qbyte Optix report values may not match the CS Land report exactly. For example, If Owner resides in Current DOI and Royalty PaidTo then Gross, Net, and Royalty acreage will be reported. Whereas Qbyte CS Land only reported the Current Gross / Net Lands. Refer to the link above for how all columns are populated.
Mineral Land Description Cross Reference	File Index Summary	The File Index Summary will generate a combined list of files from any/specific module along with file counts and can optionally display the Legals and Rights. The Qbyte Optix File Index Summary replaces the Qbyte CS Land Index and Land Description Cross Reference reports, specific in multiple modules.
Mineral Lease Expiry Report	Mineral Lease Expiry Calendar	The Mineral Lease Expiry Calendar provides a list of leases that are due to expire within the specified period along with Legal/Rights Held and Well Details. The Qbyte Optix report allows Recommendations for each Lease to be recorded and tracked right within the report.
	Mineral Lease Budget Expiry Calendar	The Mineral Lease Budget Expiry Calendar is designed for longer-term budgeting and planning purposes. Recommendations for each Location can be recorded and tracked right within the report.
Mineral Lease Index	File Index Summary	The File Index Summary will generate a combined summarized list of files from any/specific module along with file counts; optionally display Legals and Rights. The Qbyte Optix File Index Summary replaces the Qbyte CS Land Index and Land Description Cross Reference reports, specific in multiple modules.
Mineral Lease Rental Per Diem Report	Mineral Lease Rental Per Diem	The Mineral Lease Rental Per Diem calculates the amount of rent owed by a Purchaser due to a sale based on a Sales Effective Date.
Mineral Lessor Cross Reference	Mineral Lease Data Extract	The Mineral Lease Lessor Cross Reference lists all Lessors and the files in which they appear and can be easily generated by using Mineral Lease Data Extract.
Mineral Obligation Report (Base/Sub)	Obligation Summary	The Obligation Summary will generate a list of Obligations for a specific reporting period, for a specific (module) Entity or all Entities or for a specific Responsible Party (i.e. Mineral Administrator). Use the email option to send the summary to the parties responsible for fulfilling the obligations.
Mineral Property Report	Mineral Lease Property Summary	The Mineral Lease Property Summary lists lease information for all Mineral documents or for a selection of specific Mineral documents. The Qbyte Optix report displays the Substance Allocation in the Related Well section of the report.
Mineral Rental Calendar	Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Summary Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Details	The Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Summary provides a summary list of all the leases that will be included in the specified month rental process. The Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Details provides a list of all the leases that will be included in the specified month rental process along with Legal/Rights Held and Well Details. Both Qbyte Optix reports shows the Owner Interest Percent and Net Rental Amount and report totals are provided.
Mineral Rental Forecast	Mineral Lease Rental Forecast	The Mineral Lease Rental Forecast provides a list of Mineral Lease Rental dollars grouped by Division, Province, Area, Lease Type, Lessor Type for a specified date range. The Qbyte Optix report automatically includes Lump Sum and/or Paid Up Leases the same as Qbyte CS Land but the Qbyte Optix report provides a filter based on the Rental Status (Qbyte CS Land did not have a filter). The Qbyte Optix report will calculate Net based on the Owners interest in the Rental DOI. If the Rental DOI has no Owners Interest, the Net will be 0. If no Rental DOI, the Current DOI will be used. The Qbyte CS Land report also calculated Net based on the Owners Interest in the Rental DOI. However, if the Rental DOI has no Owners Interest, it would use the Owner Interest from the Current DOI. If no Rental DOI, the Current DOI was used.
Mineral Schedule 'A' Report	Mineral Schedule A	The Mineral Schedule A report provides detailed information about the Mineral Lease documents and lists the documents to which they are governed by and related to. The format of the report is a unique condensed block style. You may find that the Qbyte Optix report will run substantially quicker and provides additional details that were not included in the Qbyte CS Land report: Encumbrances (PaidTo), Operating Contracts (Assignment and Segregation flags), Related Wells ( Well Name, Well Status Date, Producing Formation). Only active related Contracts are displayed.
Mineral Termination Report	Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary	The Mineral Termination Report lists your companies terminated Gross, Net, Royalty and Total acreage in acres or hectares by category (E.g. producing/non-producing) and can be generated by using Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary.
Original Acquisition Report	Mineral Lease Original Acquisition Summary	Mineral Lease Original Acquisition Summary summarizes all Original Acquisition information. Qbyte Optix excludes leases that have NO subs or acquisition types, whereas Qbyte CS Land included them.
	File Index Summary	The File Index Summary will generate a combined summarized list of files from any/specific module along with file counts; optionally display Legals and Rights.
	File Summary with Usage Focus	The File Summary with Usage Focus report can be used to find where a specified file has been used across all Qbyte CS Land modules: linked, related or referenced as applicable (e.g. related, DOI Links, Royalty Links, etc.)

	Mineral Lease Sub Summary	The Mineral Lease Sub Summary provides a list of files, shown in a one file per row format, which match the specified filter criteria. For example, a list of Active Crown Mineral Lease Subs in BC. Data Quality Filters are predefined attributes to quickly identify Wells matching the chosen filter(s): Active Mineral Lease Sub with a Well but an inactive Land Contract Sub Active Mineral Lease Sub with a CURR DOI Owner < 100% and no Contract linked Active Mineral Lease Sub with a Royalty Paidby Owner < 100% and no Contract linked Active Mineral Lease Sub without a Well Active Mineral Lease Sub with Inactive BA on a Current DOI Active Mineral Lease Sub with a related Well without Allocation Active Mineral Lease Sub where the related Well’s Production/Well Status is equal/not equal to specified value

	Mineral Lease Property Summary with Royalty Focus	The Mineral Lease Property Summary with Royalty Focus is a condensed version of the Mineral Lease Property Summary. The data will be summarized into a one row per Mineral Lease Sub per Well. It displays the DOI Type and Owner Interest Percent along with the Royalty Description in a condensed block format. All Royalty detail fields are available to search on in Advanced. If filtering on one Royalty Type, only the selected Royalty is displayed.
	Mineral Lease Rental Payment Summary	A list of payments made during the specified date range will be shown on the Mineral Lease Rental Payment Summary . If integrated with Qbyte Financial, the payment status details will also be shown. Note: If looking for a list of ALL payments made to a specific Business Associate, not just the Rental Payments, the Qbyte Optix for Qbyte Financial Payment Summary with Property Spending Focus report was built for ESTMA reporting.
