Introduction

The Mineral Schedule A allows users to generate a Schedule A for attaching to an Agreement.

Features of this Report

  • Report Options can be specified to include:

    • All Owners only or All Partners.

    • All Report Sections or either Related Contracts and/or Wells.

  • Encumbrance details automatically includes both PAIDTO and PAIDBY

  • Operating Contracts display both the Assigned and Segregation flags.  The Related Contracts will include active Contracts only.

  • Related Wells automatically includes the Well Type, Well Status and the Well Licensee as well as the Producing Formation.

  • Use the drill-down to get further details. For example: Click once on the Mineral Lease File Number and it will open the Mineral Lease Sub Details report.

    • To return to the Mineral Schedule A, click the Mineral A Schedule A breadcrumb underlined in blue in the top-left corner.

  • Export to Excel offers even more flexibility for additional manipulation.

  • The report is sorted by sub legal description, then file number/sub.

Sample Steps to Run

Mineral Schedule A using a Qbyte CS Land project for disposition of assets displaying All Owners only.

1. Select the Optix Reports tab → Leases → Mineral Lease →  Mineral Schedule A.

2. Report Options → Data Selection

  • Measurement System = Metric

  • Partner Interest = All Owners

    Report Options → Report Sections → Report Section Selection Method = Include all Report Sections



3. Mineral Lease Subs → Mineral Lease Sub Selection Method = Enter a List of Mineral Lease Subs

4. Projects → Uncheck Include all Projects → Select Project, then Add Selected





5. Click View Report.

6. Save Report Criteria into your Favorites Folder so that you can easily re-run in the future. Remember to flag it as shared if you would like others to see or run this report.

7. Export to Excel Unformatted for further analysis or manipulation or Print to PDF to print the report.
