Introduction
The Qbyte Optix Mineral Lease Rental Calendar provides a list of all the leases that will be included in the specified month rental process. The Details report displays Legal/Rights held and Related Well Information.
Features of this Report
Use the drill-downs to get further details. For example, click once on a lease file number in the first column and it will open the Mineral Lease Rental Details report. To get back to the Rental Calendar Details, simply click the Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Details breadcrumb underlined in blue in the top left corner.
Rental Status column will be populated if:
Rental Status on the File has been entered, the status will be shown.
Lease is expiring – It will show *EXPIRY* when a lease sub has its Expiry Date (either Extension Date or if no Extension Date, Expiry Date) in the month of the Rental Period specified.
Note: Expired Subs (that have an expiry date in the past) will not be included in the report.
Rental Owner Interest Percent is the sum of the Owners in the Rental Interest if it exists, if not from the Current Interest.
Net Rental Amount is calculated as it is not a stored value in CS Land (Total Rental Amount X Owner Interest Percent).
Sorting on the report is ascending by File Number/Sub.
Sample Steps to Run:
1. Select the Optix Reports tab > Leases > Rental and Invoice Focus > Mineral Lease Rental Calendar Details.
2. Select Report Options > Report Sections > Report Section Selection Method = Include All Report Sections - To display Legal/Rights Held and Related Well information.
3. Select Reporting Periods > Reporting Period Selection Method = Enter Reporting Period Criteria.
Click the month letter of the year that you wish to generate the report for.
4. Select Business Associates > Business Associates Selection Method = Enter a List of Business Associates - To filter by specific Payor(s).
Enter the exact BA Code for the required Payor, and add additional rows for each specific Payor that should also be included in the report.
Note: means upper and lower case matters.
5. View the report.
6. Save Report Criteria into your Favorites folder so that you can easily rerun in the future by simply changing the Reporting Period.
Remember to flag it as shared if you would like others to see/run this report.
7. Print to PDF to print the Report.
