Mineral Termination Report
Qbyte Optix for Qbyte CS Land Report Comparison - Mineral
Introduction
The Mineral Lease Termination Summary lists your companies Terminated Gross, Net, Royalty and Total acreage in acres or hectares by category (E.g. Producing/Non-Producing). This report can be easily created by utilizing the Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary.
Note: If you want to see which leases specifically make up these acreage counts, simply change your Grouping and Sorting Group By = File Sub Level or Export to XLSX.
Sample Steps to Run
Mineral Lease Termination Summary for Producing/Non-Producing Minerals reported in Hectares and that have been made Inactive (E.g. Expired, Terminated, Sold) between Jan 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, in the Bashaw area.
1. Select the Optix Reports tab > Leases > Mineral Leases > Mineral Lease GNR Acreage Summary.
2. Select Reporting Options > Data Selection
a. Acreage Category = Producing / Non-Producing
b. Measurement System = Metric
3. Grouping and Sorting > Group By > = Division, Province, Area, Lease Type, Lessor Type (Default)
4. Mineral Lease Subs > Mineral Lease Sub Selection Method = Enter Mineral Lease Sub Criteria
a. File / Sub Status = All Inactive (this includes File Statuses such as Sold, Expired, Terminated, Surrendered or any other status deemed to be Inactive)
b. Include all Areas = Unchecked > Select Bashaw > Add Selected
5. Advanced
a. Attribute = File Status Date (Mineral Lease) > Function = greater than or equal to > Value = Jan 01, 2022
b. Attribute = File Status Date (Mineral Lease) > Function = less than or equal to > Value = Dec 31, 2022
6. Click View Report
7. Optionally, Save Report Criteria into your Favorites Folder so that you can easily re-run in the future. Remember to flag it as shared if you would like others to see or run this report.
8. Optionally, Export to Excel for further analysis or manipulation, or Print to PDF to print the report.
