Monthly Expiry Calendar Report Setup

Introduction

The Qbyte Optix Monthly Expiry Calendar Report allows your organization to effectively review expiring leases at the Mineral Lease Sub level. In addition, recommendations for each Mineral Lease Sub can be recorded and tracked right within the report.

Note: Setup is required in Qbyte CS Land in order to use this report, no user setup is required for Qbyte Optix.

Recommendation Types

1. Select Qbyte CS Land Validation Tables > Recommendation Type.

2. Add the Recommendation Types that you would like to use for your organization.
