When will my One-Time Fee be billed?

An Initial Consideration or One-Time fee will be billed according to the Billing Date that has been input. If the Billing Date falls within the specific Invoice Month that is being processed, the One-Time Fee will be included.

Note: any One-Time fees that have a date prior to the Invoice Month will also be included, as long as they have not been previously invoiced.

Configuration exists to separate One-Time Fees from Maintenance Fees in the TPA Invoice Process. By selecting a Fee Type of One-Time, only these fee types will be Invoiced during the process for the selected month.

One-Time Fees will not be billed in the following situations:

• No Billing Date has been entered

• The Invoiced column has a 'Y' and the entire row as been greyed out
