How to View Working Interest Histories

FAQ

To view the complete histories for the Current, Reference, and Rental DOIs associated with a Mineral or Surface lease through the Working Interest Summary window:

1. Right-click on the shadowed box containing the DOI type for the Current, Reference, or Rental DOI.

Note: A current DOI does not have to exist for you to view the interest history.
Tip: If you are in Surface Lease working interest, you will only have Rent interest

2. From the pop-up menu that appears, select the applicable Interest History. The system opens the DOI History window.

3. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between DOI records or select the Expiry Date/Effect Date for the DOI you want to view from the drop-down list box at the top of the DOI History window.

Note: If a Mineral or Surface lease DOI is linked to a Contract DOI, the file number of the linked Contract document is displayed beside the corresponding Mineral DOI record.

4. To browse the Associate details for a particular partner, double-click on the shadowed box containing the Partner name.
