How to Copy Processor Records

The ‘Copy Fees’ button at the bottom of the SrvLoc tab will copy the information from one or multiple Processors to one or all existing Producers.

1. Once a Producer has been entered on an agreement, the ‘Copy Fees’ button becomes available and can be used instead of the ‘Add Processor’ button.

2. When the ‘Copy Fees’ button is clicked, the Copy window will open displaying the current Producers and Processors on the agreement.

3. Select the Processors you wish to Copy Fees FROM by clicking on them (the triangle indicates the Processor has been selected) and click the ‘Copy to Selected Producer’ button. This will copy the fees to the Producer. Click on more than one Processor record and the black triangles will indicate that the fees from those selected Processors will be copied. To deselect a Processor, click on it again to remove the black triangle and the Processor fees will not be copied to the Producer.

Alternatively, select the ‘Copy to All Active Producers’ button to copy the selected Processor Fees to ALL of the active Producer records on the agreement.

In this example, the triangle in the navigator indicates the Processor which was selected on the Srv loc tab when the Copy Fees button was selected:

The ‘Copy Fees’ window opens. Select the Processors you wish to copy fees FROM by clicking on them (the triangle in the below example indicates the Processor which has been selected), and click the ‘Copy to Selected Producer’ button:
