How to Check your Excel Settings

1. Open Excel. Select the File drop down menu and select Options. The Excel Options window will open up.

2. Select Trust Center. This will navigate you to the Trust Center options.

3. Select Trust Center Settings. This will open a new Trust Center window.

4. Select File Block Settings to open the File Block Settings options.

5. Uncheck any older formats of Excel (i.e. Excel 2, 3, 4).

6. Once completed, select ‘Ok’ until you are returned to the open Excel workbook.
