Use the Select Request window to select a previously saved set of Report Options. By this means, you can quickly generate a frequently used report without having to re-enter the Report Options. To select a set of previously saved Report Options:

1. Open the report you want to generate. The system displays the corresponding Report Options window.

2. In the Report Options window, select Select Requests. The system displays the Select Previous Requests window.

3. Optionally, check the Show All Users field to display all sets of Report Options that were saved by others.

4. Choose the set of previously saved Report Options that you want to use to generate the report.

5. Select OK. The system displays the Report Options in the Report Options window, where you can submit the request to generate the report.

6. Optionally, select Cancel to close the Select Request window without selecting a set of previously saved Report Options.
