Common Tabs

A rental history record is automatically created every time the Rental Selection step in the rental process is run or rental history is added manually to Rent Hist Manual tab. Run Type fields indicate whether the rental process is run through the system or rental history is added manually.

Note: If the Selection step is re-run for any reason, the current rental history record for that rental month is wiped out and replaced with a new rental history record.

If you want to add comments to system rental history records, go to Rent Hist Comment tab and add your comment there.
