The Qbyte CS Land Contracts module maintains all agreements that you need to manage your land contracts. The Contracts module is the backbone of the integrated Qbyte CS Land solution. From the Contracts module, you can share information with other modules. When you make changes in the Contracts module, the system automatically updates all related files and tables so that you need to make the modifications only once.

The Contracts module provides a full-featured tracking system that you can use to monitor agreements from their conception at the negotiation stage, to the final execution of the negotiated agreement. The Qbyte CS Land Contracts module also maintains a complete history of all modifications that are made to DOI and royalty information, and provides quick access to a complete record of all historic information.

Contracts are divided into the following categories:

Area of Mutual Interest (AMI) and Area of Exclusion (AOE) Agreements
