Check the Status of the Upload

To check the status of the upload in Qbyte Financial:

1. Navigate to the menu and select Process Monitor

2. When the upload is in process, the processes will be displayed in the Status column.

3. When the spreadsheet upload has completed successfully: The ACTU213, ACTU116 or ACTR243 processes will be displayed and the Status column will confirm RUN:COMPLETE.

4. If the upload process has failed, the Status column will show: RUN:ERROR.

To review the output of the failed ACTU116 process:

Navigate to the module ID that errored.

Highlight the ACTU116, and select the Output Files button. A pop up display will list the report output files for viewing.

The following options are available in this screen:

- If selected, this will open the report output file for viewing.

- If selected, this will save the report output file.

- If selected, this will exit the Output Files pop up.
