Allocation Spreadsheet Upload
Back to Allocation Back to Spreadsheet Uploads
Introduction
You can allocate dollars and volumes that have been coded to a given AFE, cost centre, and account to a different set of AFEs, cost centres, and accounts using the Allocation Controls screen (JIBS011).
Allocation Details Spreadsheet Upload
The Allocation Detail Spreadsheet Upload (ADTU001.xls) can be used to upload the Allocation To information into an allocation based on actuals or wells. The spreadsheet upload requires that the allocation control first needs to be created in the Allocation Controls screen, and that allocation detail records do not already exist on the allocation control.
Note:
If you open the ADTU001 spreadsheet using the File Explorer, you will encounter a "ValidateUniqueness() Failure - Unable to validate whether or not allocation records are unique:" error.
