The general transaction flow within Qbyte Financial is determined by a number of business functions such as payables, receivables, and revenue transactions. Even though Qbyte Financial is discussed in terms of business components, these functions are not separate and distinct, but part of the integrated product.

This integration is partially achieved through the line-system approach of Qbyte Financial. Qbyte Financial is built on a relational data model implemented through a set of Oracle tables. Qbyte Financial uses Oracle as its relational database manager.
