Preload Shrinkage/Trending Data

Back to Gas Shrinkage Summary      Back to Gas Shrinkage Activity Details      Back to Control Group Activity Trends

As of Qbyte Metrix Release 1.7, the data associated with the  Gas Shrinkage Summary and  Gas Shrinkage Activity Details reports is automatically captured and stored during Step01 - Allocations and Step02 - Sales and Transfers.

Any production month processed after the installation of Release 1.7 will have production and sales data captured, including when amendments are opened and processed.  Users can capture data for months that were processed prior to the installation of Release 1.7 without having to open Control Groups for amendment and re-processing, by using the Preload Shrinkage/Trending Data process. (Prior to Release 21.2 this process was called Preload Gas Shrinkage Data.)

As of Qbyte Metrix Release 20.3, Sales Revenue, Facility Charges and Cash Royalty Obligations are automatically captured and stored during the appropriate Step process (Step03 - Pricing, Step04 - Facility Charges and Step06 - Freehold and Override).  This data along with the data previously being captured as of Release 1.7 (production, sales), is used on the  Control Group Activity Trends report.

Any production month processed after the installation of Release 20.3 will have all types of data captured, including when amendments are opened and processed.  After the installation of Qbyte Metrix 21.2, users can capture all data for months that were processed prior to the installation of Release 20.3 without having to open Control Groups for amendment and re-processing, by using the Preload Shrinkage/Trending Data process.

The Preload Shrinkage/Trending Data process can be launched from  Administration → Work Management Control.   To execute this process, the user must have  Full Access  to the Security Component  PreloadShrinkageTrend (Preload Shrinkage/Trending Data).
