Back to Getting Started

Upon Login the user is taken to the Home screen or the Explorer, depending on user setup (see how to change Default Options). A user ID is set up by the Administrator with access to certain corporates, regions, menu options and control groups.

Options that link to screens are available at the top right-hand side of the screen:

Explorer: The graphical schematic where monthly data is entered.
Process Monitor: DIsplays the status of selected jobs.
File Repository: Allows users to view, download, and delete output files generated by Qbyte Metrix submitted processes.
Optix: Launches Qbyte Optix.
Message Centre: Detailed information on the status for completed jobs.
Region: The default region for the user. Select this link to change the Region and other defaults.
Quick Launch - Search for and quickly launch Metrix screens by typing the menu or screen name into the Search Box.
Cog Wheel: Has links to Help - Wiki, About – Version etc., Sitemap, and Logout .

About

Clicking the About link from the Cog Wheel displays the About window. This window contains information about the Qbyte Metrix application such as the version number, referenced database, and user ID . Selecting the More link will display additional technical information about Qbyte Metrix.
