Installing Oracle 18c Client

Accessing Oracle Installer

1. Select the following link to download the Oracle 18c client:  Oracle 18c Client Download .

• The following page will be displayed:

2. Select the Accept License Agreement radio button.

3. Near the bottom of the page, the following options are available:

Select the appropriate option based on whether the computer is 32 bit or 64 bit.

 4. Login using your Oracle account:

Installing the Oracle Client

1. Extract the zip file downloaded.

2. Once the zip file is extracted, right-click on the setup.exe file and select Run as Administrator.

• The Install Wizard will be displayed. This may take some time.

3. In the Select Installation Type screen, select Runtime:

4. In the Oracle Home User Selection screen, enter the appropriate username and password:

6. In the Specify Installation Location screen, enter the Oracle base and Software location fields:

7. In the Summary screen, click the Install button to install the Oracle 18c client.
