This report has been enhanced to display the Sample Date to the right of the Analysis ID.

Field Data Capture Load Details

Several changes were made to the Field Data Capture Load Details report to improve the report content and criteria options:

• This report was displaying imported records whether they had actually been loaded or not. It will now display a Process Status column to differentiate records that are ready to be loaded (passed) in addition to records that were actually loaded.

  • Any manual changes to imported data that were done in the Preview screen were not being reflected in this report. Now, manual changes to imported data are shown on the report.

  • A new report option called Process Status was added to the report, so you can now choose to see Loaded records, Passed records, or All records.

  • The Report Criteria widget was changed from the Facility widget to the Entity widget to allow the selection of Injection Facilities.

    • Note: This change necessitated a conversion of any saved criteria. Please refer to the Conversions section below for additional details.

  • Although BATTRUCK record types can still be processed through the Qbyte Metrix FDC processes, they will not be displayed on this report. In Release 1.9, we created new FACDISP and FACRCPT record types that provide more functionality than BATTRUCK records. These two new record types will appear on this report. 

    • Note:  We will eventually phase out BATTRUCK transactions, so we encourage you to try out the new types.

Saved Criteria – Field Data Capture Load Details report

Changing the Facility widget to the Entity widget on this report meant we had to convert saved criteria. Users that saved the Field Data Capture Load Details report with report criteria will find that we converted some of the saved criteria from the Facility widget to the Entity widget. If we were unable to convert all of your saved criteria, the Description of the saved Report Criteria (Home > Find Report Criteria) will display one of the following messages:

• REVIEW ENTITY SELECTION - DEFINED LIST/CRITERIA WAS REMOVED  - When the saved report has a Facility Selection Method of Retrieve Defined List or Criteria
• REVIEW ENTITY SELECTION - FACILITY LIST WAS REMOVED - When the saved report has a Facility Selection Method of Include a List of Facilities
• REVIEW ENTITY SELECTION - FACILITY CRITERIA WAS REMOVED - When the saved report has a Facility Selection Method of Enter Facility Criteria and used criteria outside the Control Group widget.

Resolution:   The above issue has been corrected.

Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus

Issue:    When multiple Qbyte CS Land wells are linked to the same Cost Centre in Qbyte FM, the DOI partners displayed in the Qbyte CS Land column on the DOI Comparison reports may have been incorrect.

Resolution:    The DOI Comparison reports will now correctly display the DOI partners in the Qbyte CS Land column when there are multiple Qbyte CS Land wells linked to the same Qbyte FM Cost Centre.

Issue:   The DOI Comparison reports may fail with an OutofBounds Exception error; depending on the volume of data the reports are running against.  

Resolution:   The DOI Comparison reports will no longer fail with an OutofBounds Exception error regardless of the volume of data the reports are run against.

This was also fixed in Optix 2.14.2.

Issue:   The DOI Comparison reports may report the incorrect percent in the Qbyte CS Land column if the Qbyte CS Land DOI has the same Business Associate multiple times (which is a legitimate scenario for DOIs created in Qbyte CS Land).

Resolution:   The DOI Comparison reports display the correct percent in the Qbyte CS Land column when the Qbyte CS Land DOI has the same Business Associate multiple times.

This was also fixed in Optix 2.14.2.
