Adjusted Base Volume for Manitoba Units

Qbyte Metrix has been enhanced to allow the user to enter an Adjusted Base Volume (ABV) for a unit, which can then be used for Crown and Freehold Production Tax Royalty calculations.

Qbyte Metrix Security Authentication

Various changes were made to the Qbyte Metrix Authentication functionality including the ability to define rules for Password aging and expiry.
