General
SUMMARY | NOTES |
---|---|
S1 Monthly Production Statement not displaying data correctly when multiple production dates within a single accounting date | Issue: The S1 Monthly Production Statement was duplicating data when more than one production date existed within the same accounting date. Resolution: The S1 Monthly Production Statement was modified to correctly display multiple production dates within the same accounting date. |
S2 Monthly Disposition Statement not displaying data correctly when multiple production dates within a single accounting date | Issue: The S2 Monthly Disposition Statement was duplicating data when more than one production date existed within the same accounting date. Resolution: The S2 Monthly Disposition Statement was modified to correctly display multiple production dates within the same accounting date. |
SAF OAF exported into PDF | Issue: When the SAF/OAF Stream Owner Allocation report was exported into PDF, the Stream column was truncated causing well codes to not be completely visible. Resolution: The well codes displayed within the Stream column are now completely visible when the SAF/OAF Stream Owner Allocation report is exported to PDF. |
Production and Sales Distribution Details for Partner Operated Batteries not showing Sales when there was no Production entered | Issue: For Partner Operated Batteries that had Sales transactions entered but no corresponding Production transaction, no data was appearing on the report. The user had to enter Production volume in order to see Sales data on the report. Resolution: The report will show Sales data for Partner Operated batteries, regardless of whether there was entered Production volume or not. |
The Ideal Prod uct Shrinkage Process Report is incorrectly sorted | Issue: The Ideal Prod uct Shrinkage Process report was occasionally incorrectly sorted when there were Outside Receipts being allocated volumes, or when the same entity had sent multiple products to the facility for allocation. Resolution: The Ideal Prod uct Shrinkage Process report is now correctly sorted according to the order in which the Step 1 processing was done, to ensure that the "net-down" aspect of this report is displayed correctly. |
Duplicate REC rows for the same Petrinex Government code on the Plant, GGS and Battery Volumetric | Issue: Receipts from multiple Qbyte Metrix facilities with the same Government Code would not combine into a single receipt volume on the Plant, GGS and Battery Volumetric. This occurred when one or more facilities were sending gas, and one or more were sending raw gas. Qbyte Metrix separates out the two types of gas, but both were reported as GAS on the Petrinex reports. Resolution: When generating the Petrinex Volumetric reports, we now accumulate based on Petrinex product code instead of the underlying Qbyte Metrix product. |
Battery to Plant receipts are not displayed on the Plant Volumetric
| Issue: Plant receipts from a Battery for non-gas flow control groups were not displayed on the Plant Volumetric. Resolution: Plant receipts from a Battery are now correctly displayed as a REC on the Plant Volumetric.
|
SHUTIN activity was being incorrectly reported on the Volumetric report | Issue: When multiple facilities within the control group shared the same Petrinex Government Code, and one was shut-in and the other had activity, the Volumetric report was incorrectly showing both a SHUTIN activity and other activities. Resolution: If there are any activities for the Petrinex Government Code other than SHUTIN at any facility, then the SHUTIN activity will no longer be reported. |
The Consumption Allocation report was generating an error in some scenarios | Issue: The Consumption Allocation report was generating an error when trying to report data for a facility that was no longer attached to the Control Group. Resolution: The Consumption Allocation report will no longer generate an error when it encounters a facility that is no longer attached to a control group. Depending on the scenario, the facility may be reported with no Control Group populated in the header of the report. |
Incorrect column header on the Facility Charge Maintenance Details Export to Excel - unformatted output | Issue: Export to Excel (Unformatted) output of the Facility Charge Maintenance Details report displayed the column header of the Expense DOI Extension column as Revenue DOI Extension. Resolution: Export to Excel (Unformatted) output of the Facility Charge Maintenance Details report now correctly displays the Expense DOI Extension header as Expense DOI Extension. |
The Royalty Obligation drill down fails from the Well Details report | Issue: An error occurred when the user selected the drill-down to the Royalty Obligation Details report from the Well Details report for a well with Royalty Obligations. Resolution: The drill-down to the Royalty Obligation Details report from the Well Details will now work correctly. |
DOI Details report does not display Facility Charge DOI exceptions when the Product is N/A - Not Applicable | Issue: The DOI Details report did not display Facility Charge DOI exceptions when the Product was N/A - Not Applicable. The data was not in the Excel unformatted output either. Resolution: Facility Charge exceptions for all products are now correctly displayed on the DOI Details report and all possible extracts. |
Royalty Monthly Input Details report fails on tract that has multiple products | Issue: The Royalty Monthly Input Details report did not run if the report criteria included a tract that had multiple products. Resolution: This report now correctly handles tracts that have multiple products. |
Miscellaneous: Missing or incorrect data retrieved due to issues when combining data. | Issue: In some instances, the following reports were not returning results or returning the incorrect results based on the type of criteria used to select the report, due to issues when combining data:
Resolution: The above reports have had all their selection criteria reviewed and updated as required to address any issues. |
Well Comparison with Production Focus | Issue: The Well Comparison with Production Focus report fails when Region criteria is provided. Resolution: The Well Comparison with Production Focus report will now run to completion when Region criteria is provided. |
Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus | Issue: If a DOI is linked to multiple Cost Centres, the drilldown from the DOI Comparison report to the Qbyte FM DOI Details report shows the partner multiple times. In addition, if a Land Well has multiple DOIs linked to it, the DOI partners displayed for the Land Well may be incorrect. Resolution: When a DOI is linked to multiple Cost Centres, the drilldown to the Qbyte FM DOI Details report will now show the partners correctly. In addition, if a Land Well has multiple DOIs linked to it, the DOI partners will now display correctly for the Land Well. Issue: The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report fails if Well criteria is not provided. Resolution: The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report will now run to completion even when Well criteria is not provided. |
