Well Comparison Reports:

The following enhancements have been made to the Well Comparison Reports:

• The Well Depth value in the Production section will now display the correct value

• The Well Licensee value in the Land section will now display the correct value

• The Operator value in the Financial section will now display the correct value

• The Audit fields (Updated By User, Updated Date) will now display in all three sections (Land, Financial, Production)

DOI Comparison Reports:

• Well DOI Comparison with Land Focus

• Cost Centre DOI Comparison with Financial Focus

• Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus

The following enhancements have been made to the DOI Comparison Reports:

• The Well Number/Cost Centre Number will now display in all three sections (Land, Financial, Production)

• The drill-down to DOI Details works correctly in the Production section

• If a Production Month default is not set, the reports will use current month minus 1 to determine the Production Month for DOI retrieval

• The Audit fields (Updated By User, Updated Date) will no longer be compared

• The DOI ID and Expiry Date values will no longer be compared

• The Partner Percent now prints to eight decimal places

• In specific circumstances, the Production DOI may not display the partners, in particular when the Production Year/Month user default was set (instead of using corporate values).

• In specific circumstances, the Production DOI retrieved may not have been the correct DOI. The logic to retrieve the Production DOI now matches Qbyte Metrix, which is:

  • Qbyte Metrix retrieves DOIs with the latest Effective Date that does not exceed the production date. If there is only one, that Sub ID is used as the Default DOI. If there are multiples for the same Effective Date, then the lowest Sub ID is used as the Default DOI

• The partners are listed in Business Associate ID order, not Business Associate Name

Owner Name and Well/Tract UWI no longer on the Gas Flow Volume Sent report.

Issue: In Qbyte Optix 2.11, the Owner Name and the Well/Tract UWI/Name were removed from the Gas Flow Volume Sent report. This was done to match the Gas Flow Volume Received report and to allow the data to fit better on the page.

Resolution: The Gas Flow Volume Sent report itself has not changed, but the Owner Name and the Well/Tract UWI will now be included in the data when the user uses the Export to Excel Unformatted (.xlsx) option.

Market Master Process Details report not showing Purchaser/Participant details for dispositions with no destination.

Issue: The Market Master Process Details report was not showing the Purchaser and Participant details for dispositions that had no destination (such as Blending Shrinkage, Fire, etc.). In addition to this, if this type of disposition was the first one on the report the remaining dispositions may also have had no details shown. Another possibility was that in some circumstances when the first disposition for the facility had no destination, none of the data for the facility was being shown.

Resolution: The report was modified allowing it to handle dispositions with no destination correctly.

Well Comparison with Production Focus

Issue:   The Well Comparison with Production Focus report doesn’t have a maximum row threshold value.

Resolution:   The Well Comparison with Production Focus report now has a maximum row threshold of 25,000.

 Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus

Issue:  The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report may not display the DOI Partners from Metrix in some situations; in particular when the Production Year / Month user default was set.

Resolution:  The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report will now display the Metrix DOI Partners in all applicable situations.

Issue:  On an Oracle 11 database, the Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report would fail if the Qbyte Metrix Model was enabled. 

Resolution:  The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report now runs correctly on an Oracle 11 database when the Qbyte Metrix Model is enabled.

Issue:   The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report doesn’t have a maximum row threshold value.

Resolution:   The Well DOI Comparison with Production Focus report now has a maximum row threshold of 25,000.

SAF OAF exported into PDF

Issue: When the SAF OAF Stream Owner Allocation report is exported into PDF, the Stream column is being truncated such that well codes are not completely visible.

UPDATE:  This issue has now been addressed in the Optix 2.13.1 patch release.
