Exporting IFS BOLO Data for IFS ProCount

IFS BOLO exports Name, Well, and DOI data for use in IFS ProCount. Records are exported by file from individual export screens, each of which creates a CSV file to be consumed by a IFS ProCount import function.

These exports should be performed in the order below to ensure records will be created in the expected order. Users will receive error messages regarding missing data if these exports are not performed as ordered below. 

Export Name Data to IFS ProCount (INT2101)

INT2101 creates a CSV file containing name data for operators and purchasers. Users may select which usage code they would like, or retrieve both.

Export Well Data to IFS ProCount (INT2102)

INT2102 creates a CSV file containing well data from the WELL.INFO file. Users may select a list of well statuses to retrieve when determining records to transfer.

Export DOI Data to IFS ProCount (INT2103)

INT2103 creates a CSV file containing interest data from revenue and JIB decks associated with transferred wells.
