IFS BOLO and IFS Land Integration

IFS Land also provides clients with the ability to integrate with Financial and Accounting Systems such as IFS BOLO.

What's New:

The previous interface between IFS Land and IFS BOLO used a file-based process to send names and addresses, leases, check and invoice data with limited accounting detail, no update to check register or 1099 detail.

A new Lease Web Service interface has been created to give you the capability to send complete check and invoice data from Land to Accounting. You can now process check or invoice payments, manage the check register and bank account reconciliations, set up journal entries or perform 1099’s and capture updates to name and address records and lease header detail.

Enhancing IFS Land for the BOLO integration of checks and invoices provides you with an automated land solution that has robust accounting controls and the functionality to sync check and invoice data to Accounting.
