IFS BOLO General Interop Troubleshooting Guide
INT1201 and INT1205
Issue:
There are no records available for Land Integration Name in INT1201.
Solution:
Setup the integration name in INT1205.
Issue:
In INT1201, the cursor skips the IFS Land Enabled prompt and will not allow you to access the prompt by back up fields into it.
The WELLCORE.INT.CTL record is probably missing. You will need to create it.
Solution 1:
Manually create the record.
Run ‘E WELLCORE.INT.CTL WELLCORE.INT.CTL’ in the query stack.
Press Return to create the new record.
Press Return a 2nd time to cause the FI or Exit prompt to occur.
Type FI and press Return to save the record.
Solution 2:
Open INT1201 and enter a Queue Sample size.
Press OK to save/create the new record.
After you press OK and open INT1201 again, you should be able to access the IFS Land Enable field.
