Creating NAME Records in IFS BOLO

Back to IFS BOLO and IFS ProCount User Documentation

Name records are set up in IFS BOLO using the Name and Address Maintenance (COM1201) screen. 

Open

Name records created in IFS BOLO with a Usage of Operator or Purchaser will be retrieved by web services and set up as Business Entity records in IFS ProCount. 

Name Sites

IFS BOLO NAME sites become Business Entity Locations in IFS ProCount. One Business Entity may have multiple Business Entity Locations. 

Data from the following fields will be transferred from the NAME file in IFS BOLO to IFS Merrick:

• Name1

• Name ID

• Street address 1

• Street address 2

• City

• State

• Country

• Zip/Postal Code

• Phone #

• Fax #
