To delete a budget navigate to Budgets → Delete Budgets.

Budget Reference

The budget reference number.

Locked

Indicates whether the Budget is locked.  Budget needs to be un-locked before attempting to delete

Year

The budget year.

Version

The budget version.

Description

The budget description.

Steps to Delete a Budget:

  • Query or enter the desired budget.

  • Invoke the delete button

  • A message appears to confirm you wish to delete this budget

  •  Click Yes to proceed (click No to cancel).

  • A second message appear explaining what will be deleted.

  • Click Yes to delete the budget and all related information including allocations, derivations, exchange rates, prices and activity status (click No to cancel).
