The Invoice Credit Controls is used to manage credit information for individual invoices, or a group of invoices, by associate.
Navigate to the menu and select CONFIGURATION > Treasury > Invoice Credit Controls
Enter criteria to narrow your search query for invoices;

Organization
Enter the Organization that contains the invoice, or choose from the Organization List of Values.
Voucher Status
Enter the voucher status, or choose from the drop down menu.
Posted - will return invoices from posted vouchers
Unposted - will return invoices from unposted vouchers
Associate
Enter the Business Associate number, or choose from the Business Associates query.
Associate Groups
If checked will only include Business Associates within an Associate Group.
Address
Enter the Address ID of the Business Associate or choose from the Alternate Address ID List of Values.
Payable/Receivable
Choose from the following options:
All - will return both receivable and payable invoices
Receivable - will return invoices booked as receivables
Payable - will return invoices booked as payables
Invoice Type
Enter the invoice type or choose from the invoice type query.
Invoice No
Enter the invoice number or leave blank to return all invoices.
Invoice Date From / To
Enter the date from and date to range on invoice
Days Range
If checked the invoice returned will be within the range:
30 Days - invoice date is less or equal to than 30 days from todays date
60 Days - invoice date is between 31 to 60 days from todays date
90 Days - invoice date is between 61 to 90 days from todays date
Over 90 Days - invoice date is greater than 90 days from todays date
All - returns all invoices (caution this query may take a while to process if other criteria is not entered)
Invoice Amount
Enter the amount of the invoice
Analyst
Enter analyst or choose from the Analyst List of Values
Include Paid Invoice
If checked the returned data will include paid invoices
Sort by Invoice Number
If checked the invoices will be returned sorted by invoice number
Use the page down key to return data in the Invoices grid.

The invoice number.
Associate
The business associate number.
Organization
The organization the invoice was recorded in.
Invoice Date
The date of the invoice.
Invoice Type
The invoice type the invoice was coded to.
Invoice Amount
The amount of the invoice
Status
The status of the invoice:
R - Released
H - Hold
X - not scheduled
Balance
The outstanding balance of the invoice.
Days Old
The number of days from the invoice date to todays date.
Currency
The currency of the invoice.
Credit Code
Enter the credit code of choose from the Credit Control Remark Code List of Values.
Analyst
Enter the credit analyst or choose from the Credit Analyst List of Values
Collection Class
Enter the collection class or choose from the Collection Class Code List of Values.
Resolution Date
Enter the resolution date in format YY/MM/DD.
Save your changes using the save icon .
Adding Attachments
To add attachments to an invoice, navigate to the invoice row on the Invoices grid.
Select the Attachments button. The Attachments button will be bolded and the amount of attachments visible.

Invc ID
The invoice ID This field will default from the invoice number ID.

This field is a concatenation of: invoice number / date / business associate number / Payable or Receivable
Code
The code of the attachment.
This value can be selected from the Invoice Attachments Codes List of Values.
Date
The date of the attachment, in the format YY/MM/DD.
This field will default to the date the attachment is entered.
Description
The description of the attachment.
File Name
The attachment file name.
Attachments are automatically saved, and a message will appear
Adding Comments
To add attachments to an invoice, navigate to the invoice row on the Invoices grid and select the Comments button. If a comment is added to an invoice, the Comments button will be bolded and amount of comments visible.
