How To: Reporting Group Monthly Processing

1. Navigate to Manage Configurations > Appearance and Settings > Manage User Defaults.

2. Scroll down to the Reporting Periods section and select the defined criteria name.

3. Select Edit Defined Criteria.

4. Update the dates and select Save Defined Criteria.

  • Do not change the criteria Name.

5. Confirm the override.

6. In Report Configuration navigate to Manage Report Criteria Groups.

7. Select Existing Groups.

8. Select the group name you want to schedule - choose the Submit Archive Request option.

9. Select the options; the results will be displayed in Find Archived Report Output.
