Metrix Reporting is a unique tool that allows the User to run all required reports, schedule reports, create monthly report groups, archive reports and send report links to management. There are reports for all processing steps. For a complete list of all Qbyte Metrix reports available in Qbyte Optix see Complete List of Qbyte Metrix Reports.

When Metrix Reporting is first opened the User will see two tabs. The Users (named as signed in) Home tab and a Reports tab. The Users Home tab is where the user will create and access their saved favorite reports, report group.

Within the Reports tab is the Report Menu. All reports are organized with the tabs as the first level menu category; under each tab are sub menu categories. The Tabs and the menus are organized according to Production Accounting processes.

Once you have selected a report you must choose the reporting criteria. There are several ways to select the entities you want to report on. First select the reporting period, and then you select an Entity. To select Entities there are many options. The most common method is Enter Entity Criteria. The options are similar to advanced search. This example uses wells as the entity.

Optionally once you have selected the criteria choose Preview Well Results to confirm your selection and view in the Well search results Grid.

When your selections are complete choose View Report.

At the bottom of the report are print to PDF and export options.
