Explains how the codes and rules work, and lists the data provided in the JSON file that is sent from IFS Land through the Connector to IFS BOLO.

Lease Payment Type Codes (LD1118; see also COM1115)

Individual Lease Payment type codes are aligned manually in both systems. Clients will typically have our standard set of code:
Bonus (BNS) Rental Regardless (RR) Surface Payments (SU)
Delay Rental (DR) Shut-In (SI) Storage Rental (SR)

Code = BNS    Description = Bonus
Code = RR    Description = Rental Regardless
Code = SU    Description = Surface Payments
Code = DR    Description = Delay Rental
Code = SI    Description = Shut-In
Code = SR Description = Storage Rental

Additional User Defined codes aligned with IFS Land may include:
Code = LAQ Description = Lease Acquisitions
Code = LE Description = Lease Extension
Code = OE Description = Other Extensions

Sample JSON File

The JSON file contains the data provided in IFS Land and sent through IFS Connector to IFS BOLO.

Source System will always display “P2Land”
'P'ayor AddressId is always the “Company” defined within IFS BOLO
Payee AddressId is always “Vendor” defined within IFS BOLO – Payable Service
Payee AddressId is always ‘Customer” defined within IFS BOLO – Receivable Service
Lease Id from IFS Land has three components: GroupCode*FileKey*Suffix This tranlates to three separate attributes within the JSON. The FileKey and Suffix are captured within IFS BOLO as the LeaseId.
The Lease Id from the concatenated ‘FileKey and Suffix’ becomes the IFS BOLO SHADOW.KEY and is used within IFS BOLO for screens, reports and is printed on all Lease related documents generated within IFS BOLO.
