Sample JSON File
The JSON file contains the data provided in IFS Land and sent through IFS Connector to IFS BOLO.
Source System will always display “P2Land”
'P'ayor AddressId is always the “Company” defined within IFS BOLO
Payee AddressId is always “Vendor” defined within IFS BOLO – Payable Service
Payee AddressId is always ‘Customer” defined within IFS BOLO – Receivable Service
Lease Id from IFS Land has three components: GroupCode*FileKey*Suffix This tranlates to three separate attributes within the JSON. The FileKey and Suffix are captured within IFS BOLO as the LeaseId.
The Lease Id from the concatenated ‘FileKey and Suffix’ becomes the IFS BOLO SHADOW.KEY and is used within IFS BOLO for screens, reports and is printed on all Lease related documents generated within IFS BOLO.
