If you are receiving a specific error message but you do not know what it means, please see the Error Messages section. IFS Connector will record all error messages encountered for the integration workflow and record them in the respective database.

COM1201	Send to IFS Production	No valid companies set up in INT1201. Please set one up.		Add at least one valid company in INT1201, or use "ALL" as the Company reference in COM1201 to send names associated with All Companies.
COM1201	Send to IFS Production	This NAME record (COM1201) does not contain a valid company. Please add a Company Id that matches a value setup on INT1201.		Add at least one valid company in INT1201, or use "ALL" as the Company reference in COM1201 to send names associated with All Companies.
COM1201	Send to IFS Production	This NAME record (COM1201) has not been approved yet. Please approve it, then check this flag.		Approve the NAME record in SEC2301. Review approvals for SEC1235 and SEC1236 for additional setup options.
PRD1210	IFS Prod Destination	This well must be marked as "Send to IFS Production" before selecting a destination.		Select the "Send to IFS Production" checkbox before selecting a destination. Destinations for IFS Production are defined on INT1201.
PRD1210	IFS Prod Destination	IFS Production is not enabled. Please enable it in INT1201.		Update the 'IFS Production Enabled' prompt in INT1201.
PRD1210	IFS Prod Destination	Not a valid destination. Please select one of the options defined on INT1201.		Pick a destination from the lookup in the pop-up window on PRD1210 (General Information tab). If the desired destination is not available, please contact your System Administrator for IFS Production.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	IFS Production is not enabled. Please enable it in INT1201.		Update the 'IFS Production Enabled' prompt in INT1201.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	Well type does not equal one of the values defined on INT1201 for IFS Production.		Update Completion CC Type or Well CC Type with the appropriate Well Type Code.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	This well must have an API number in order to select prompt "Send to IFS Production".		Add API number to Well in PRD1210.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	This well must have a county in order to be sent to IFS Production.		Add county to Well in PRD1210.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	This well must have an operator in order to be sent to IFS Production.		Add Operator Id to Well in PRD1210.
PRD1210	Send to IFS Production	This well needs a status in PRD1305 before it is sent to IFS Production.		Create WELL.COUNT record in PRD1305.
Wells Web Service	INT3301	Could not write remarks message for well.	Well item was locked by a different user when the web service tried to write an update message saying that it had been sent to IFS Production.	Have the user exit out or unlock the Well record, then re-run the web service.
Disposition Service	INT3301	IFS Production is not enabled in this instance.		Fix this in INT1201.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Completion ID is not a valid well in Bolo.		ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Disposition is not a valid disposition in BOLO.		ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Unable to determine RUN.TICKET type. No well or meter specified.	JSON Coming in from IFS Prod did not have a tank id or meter id.	ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Gathering System id has no value. Please check the info coming from IFS Production.	JSON did not contain a Gathering system ID.	ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Product is not a valid product in Bolo.	Product from JSON did not match any products in BOLO.	ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	Gravity format is incorrect. It should be numeric.		ProCount needs to send a different value.
Disposition Service	INT3301	GS.STATUS is locked and cannot be written.		User needs to unlock the GS.STATUS record and retry the web service.

IFS ProCount Error Messages

In ProCount, the Connector will record data related error messages on CompletionMonthlySt and CompletionMonthlyDispSt following the Connector Request Route, Completion Monthly Dispostions (APT). The error messages are (however not limited to) the following:

E	Disposition 'INJ' is not a valid disposition in Bolo.	Error encountered during integration. Incorrect or missing cross-referenced disposition code between IFS BOLO and IFS ProCount.	Ensure IFS BOLO and IFS ProCount have the same disposition code and the correct value code. Populate if missing.
E	Invalid wet/dry indicator passed in (S). Valid wet/dry indicator is required for product type G. Record information - InteropStagingID: 3199, GatheringSystemID: 22, Completion AccountingID: 6017, RecordDate: 2011-10-01T00:00:00, SourceType: 4, RunTicketNumber: na, Disposition: LU, Product: G.	Error encountered during integration. Incorrect or missing cross-referenced disposition code between IFS BOLO and IFS ProCount.	Ensure IFS BOLO and IFS ProCount have the same wet/dry indicator code and correct value code. Populate if missing.
W	NULL	Record has been touched by the Connector and likely not integrated into IFS BOLO. The following may have occurred: Connector has timed out. Incorrect IFSSystem setup in the Connector, i.e. SystemServiceUri, ServiceType, Enabled flag, etc.	Reference the Connector error log for a detailed error description.
