AFE Template Errors

WellCore is in Control of AFE Template Creation

Indicates that element FINANCIAL_INTEROP_ CONFIG.AFE_TEMPLATE is set to IFS AFE on the IFS AFE Interoperability Settings form, giving AFE Template creation ability to IFS AFE (operations system) only. Change the selection on the Interoperability Settings form to Financial System to allow IFS AFE to accept AFE Templates from the financial system.

Event Type Incorrect for Site Type <SiteType>

The entered Event Type is not valid for the entered Site Type (that Site does not support that Event). Correct the Event Type and/or Site Type.

Invalid Site Type. Only Well-type Sites are allowed with interoperability. Ensure Site Type is Well.

No template Name Specified

An AFE Template Name has not been specified. Name the Template and continue.

No AFE Type Specified

AFE Type has not been specified. Select a Type and continue.

CBU Does not exist

The Corporate Business Unit (CBU) to which data is being added does not exist. Correct the CBU name or create the CBU in the operations system.

No codes as of date found

No As Of date was found for the Chart of Accounts in the target Corporate Business Unit (CBU). Create As Of date.

Template Name exists in <CBU>

The AFE Template name specified has already been used. Rename the AFE Template (this error only occurs when using the Create method).

<Major Code> does not exist

The specified Major Account Code could not be found in the operations system for the target Corporate Business Unit (CBU) and As Of date. Correct Major Account, CBU, and/or As Of date information.

<Major Code>.<Minor Code> Does not exist

The specified Cost Code (Major Account.Minor Account) could not be found in the operations system for target Corporate Business Unit (CBU)and As Of date. Correct Cost Code, CBU, and/or As Of date information.

No Cbus

No Corporate Business Unit (CBU) exist in the operations system. Create CBUs and Corporate Hierarchy.

Template Prime cannot be found, check template Name and Date

The AFE Template being updated cannot be found based on the AFE Template Name and Date. Ensure the AFE Template Name and Date are correct, and ensure the AFE Template exists in both the financial and operations systems.
