Creating CBUs and Corporate Hierarchy

Back to IFS AFE/IFS BOLO System Setup       IFS Connect 

1. Click the Administration tab.

2. Navigate to Corporate Hierarchy under the Corporate Setup drop-down menu.

This screen allows you to create levels in the corporate hierarchy, including Corporate Business Units (CBUs), Business Units, Projects, and Areas. A corporate hierarchy may also be uploaded here via a Microsoft Excel template.

3. Click the desired level within the hierarchy.

4. Click the appropriate Add button at the top of the screen (the button name will change based on which level you have selected) to create a new element at that level.
