Interoperability Settings

Back to IFS AFE/IFS BOLO System Setup

1. Click the Administration tab.

2. Navigate to Interoperability Settings under the System Setup drop-down menu.

This version of IFS AFE with IFS BOLO uses the Contract Version 3.0.

3. Set Contract Version to 3. 

The Functionality fields designate which data elements are transferred to IFS BOLO.

• Post AFE to Financial should be set to Yes.

For Contract Version 3, the following settings are recommended for Control:

• AFE Number: (Either option acceptable)

• AFE Template: Financial System 

• Well Header: Financial System 

• Chart of Accounts: Financial System 

• Participants: Financial System 

• Vendors: Financial System 

• Division of Interest: Financial System 

• AFE Actuals: Financial System

Corporate Business Unit (CBU) Interoperability Settings allows users to assign IFS BOLO companies to corresponding CBUs in IFS AFE.

• The Code field should be populated with the appropriate Company ID from IFS BOLO for that CBU. This is a one-to-one relationship.
