For Hosted clients, the management of users is handled through Access Management, which is an application used by the System Administrator to maintain user and security information for each of the Qbyte 360 applications.

Deleting a User
When deleting a user from the Qbyte Financial application using the Qbyte 360 Access Management application, the following is impacted in the Qbyte Financial and Qbyte Optix applications:
Process locks for that user are deleted.
User defaults for that user are deleted.
User defaults for modules are deleted when a parameter is saved for a specific report.
The Oracle database account for that user is deleted.
Job stream schedules for that user are set to Inactive.
Job submissions and related output for that user are not deleted, but will be removed through the Job Submission process that deletes expired output based on the output retention days.
The user is deleted from the APP_USERS table if no child records exist. If child records exist, the ACTIVE_FLAG on APP_USERS table is set to N.
The user will no longer appear in the Manage Users list.
Saved Report Criteria and Saved Archived Report Output in Qbyte Optix for that user are not deleted.
