Allocation Account Groups

Introduction
The Allocation account groups can be used to specify the group of accounts used in an Allocation Control. The Allocation Controls screen has a drop down Account Group Code List of Values on the Account Group Code field.
Allocation Account Groups
To create an allocation account group:
1. Navigate to the menu and select Configuration → Joint Interest → Allocation Account Groups.
Creating Account Groups
The Group Types section will default with ALLOC.
In the Account Groups section, enter account group information.
Defining Accounts in Account Groups
Navigate to the Group Accounts tab to define which accounts are included in the account group.
In this tab, individual accounts can be added to or deleted from an account group. As well, a range of accounts can be added to or deleted from an account group.
To add a range of accounts to an account group, or delete a range of accounts from the account group, enter information in the Account Range section.
Once information is entered, navigate to the Account Group Accounts section to show the changes.
To add an individual account to an account group, enter information in the Account Group Accounts section.
Launching Account Group Details Report in Qbyte Optix
Users can launch an Account Group Details report in Qbyte Optix by selecting the Qbyte Optix icon in the toolbar.
This will launch the Account Group Details report in a new Qbyte Optix window.
