Report Configurations allow users to modify Defined Lists and Criteria, set up Report Criteria Groups and Schedule Reports.

Scheduling reports is available with release 2.4.2 of Optix or higher. This feature provides users with the ability to group saved report criteria and schedule the report criteria groups to run (a) tonight or (b) immediately or (c) at a specified date and time. Users can indicate if they want the report output to be in PDF format or XLS format. If the report is submitted for a specified date and time the user can indicate the frequency to be (a) once or (b) specific days of the week or (c) specific days of the month.
