Configuration Required

  • The input document name must match the input document in the workflow.

  • Must configure the report URL to match the report being called.

  • This trigger is used to specify the reports input controls.

  • The task id and process id of the specific workflow that will be started from a specific report.

  • The required case label must be updated to be used in the query that determines whether to create cases or not. The case labels are stored in pData, where oData contains the data in the selected row.

Manual Steps Required

• After the case has been started and the report contained data, a dynaform will display showing each record of the report. The user must now choose which records will start a case.
