Document Generation Overview

Document Generation is an important part of Land Administration. 

Qbyte Optix makes it easy to access the data attributes required to prepare common industry letters and documents that are necessary to be generated for various situations. Prebuilt data extract templates are available, or you can create your own data extract. 

Currently, the prebuilt data extracts available are:

• Surface Rent Review/Offer (SRR/SRO)  

• Master Agreements / Addendums

• Land Contract 100 % NOA Extract/Cover Letter

• Land Contract ROFR/Change of Operator Letter

Simply:

• Prepare the document/letter that you wish to send out.

• Use Qbyte Optix to extract the required data attributes by using one of the prebuilt data extracts above or by selecting your own attributes and Save the data to an Excel spreadsheet.
