Introduction

The Contract / Lease Cross Reference lists all cross-references set up between a Contract document and Mineral documents.  This report can be easily created by utilizing the Land Contract Sub Details giving you a complete picture of all your relationships not just Mineral Lease Sub relationships.

Features of the Report

• Click on the Related File ID to see the Details Report (Abstract).  To get back to the Land Contract Sub Details, simply click the Land Contract Sub Details breadcrumb underlined in blue in the top-left

• To see some additional  Contract Base information Export to Excel 

Sample Steps to Run

All active Contract Subs with existing Mineral Relationship Links.

1. Select the Optix Reports tab > Contracts > Land Contracts > Land Contract Sub Details.

2. Report Sections > Report Section Selection Method = Select Report Sections

   • Select Locations and Rights Held and Relationship Links

3. Land Contract Subs > Land Contract Sub Selection Method = Enter Land Contract Sub Criteria

   • File Status = All Active

4. Land Contract Subs > Data Relationships

   • Attribute = Related Mineral Lease Subs and Function = Exist

5. Click View Report located in the bottom right corner beside Save Report Criteria.

6. Optionally, Save Report Criteria into your Favorites Folder so that you can easily re-run in the future. Remember to flag it as shared if you would like others to see or run this report.

7. Optionally, Export to Excel Unformatted for further analysis or manipulation.

Note: Due to the width of the spreadsheet, a complete picture cannot be displayed.  The Relationship Links for the base level are displayed in the File Statuses tab and the Relationship Links for the sub level are displayed in the File Statuses_4 tab.
