Abstracts | You can generate Mineral abstracts for all or only a selected number of Mineral documents. You can run Mineral abstracts by document number, updated documents, or by area. If you want to include Acquisition/Disposition information on your Mineral abstracts, you can do so by checking the Include Acq/Disp Information check box. |
Acquisition/Disposition Report (RP-0025) | The Acquisition/Disposition report lists all acreage that is under acquisition or disposition in the Mineral module. When you submit the Acquisition/Disposition report, the system automatically generates the following five reports:
Tip: The reports list dispositions as negative amounts. For example, -320.00 acres. Selection Options The Date Selection specifies how the system retrieves acquisition dates, as follows:

Alberta Energy Mineral Files - Different Rental Amounts | The Alberta Energy Mineral Files Rental Reconciliation Reports provide the results of various reconciliations of Alberta Energy Mineral rental data against CS Land Mineral rental data. This particular report lists the Mineral Lease files for which the Alberta Energy rental amounts do not match those in CS Land.

Mineral Labels | You can generate labels for all or only a selected number of Mineral documents. You can generate the Mineral labels by document number, updated documents, or by area. Tip: For best results, use 1 inch x 4 inch labels. Be sure to choose labels designed for the type of printer ink jet or laser you are using. |
Mineral Acreage Summary Report (RP-0006) | The Mineral Acreage Summary report lists gross, net, and exposure acres and hectares by acreage category. You can also specify to generate acreage totals by division, province, area, lease type, and/or lessor type. Tip:
Selection Options Selection Options are not mandatory for this report. However, keep the following in mind when you generate the report:
Tip: If you do not choose any Print Options, by default the system sorts the report by file number. |
Mineral Extension Date Exception Report (RP-0055) | The Mineral Extension Date Exception report indicates those Mineral files for which the information entered in the Extensions Table and that entered in the Extension Code and Extension Date fields on the file sub do not match. For instance if, in the Extensions Table, a particular extension code is marked as requiring an extension date, and one or more file subs contain the extension code in question but no extension date, these file(s) appears on the Mineral Extension Date Exception report. This report should be run after you set up the Extensions Table for the first time or make any change to the Extensions Table, and periodically to ensure the accuracy of your file sub data. |
Mineral GNR Acreage Summary Report (RP-0007) | The Mineral Acreage Summary report lists gross, net, and royalty acres and hectares by acreage category (producing/non-producing, developed/undeveloped, or proven/unproven). You can also specify to generate acreage totals by division, province, area, lease type, and/or lessor type. Note: The report’s Total Gross column indicates the total gross of all lands in the system. If you do not specify the acreage status on the mineral Sub document, the sum of the Gross Acres/Hectares column and Gross Royalty Acres/Hectares column may not equal the total gross amount.
Note: If you uncheck all of the check boxes in the Report Totals By section, the report displays information at a file sub level along with the working interest percent for either all of the owners (default option) or just the WI partner specified in the Selection Options above.

Mineral Land Description Cross-reference Report (RP-0010) | The Mineral Land Description Cross-reference report lists all Mineral documents by the document legal land description.

Mineral Lease Expiry Report | The Mineral Lease Expiry report lists all Mineral documents that are due to expire within the period for which you generate the report. Tips:

Mineral Lease Index Report | The Mineral Lease Index lists all Mineral documents held in the system.

Mineral Lease Rental Per Diem Report (RP-0030) | The Mineral Lease Rental Per Diem Report calculates the amount of rent owed due to a sale based on the Sales Effective Date. Typically, this report is run from within a project which contains the list of agreements in the sale. The report parameters are:

Mineral Lessor Cross-Reference Report (RP-0011) | The Mineral Lessor Cross-reference report lists all Lessors and the documents in which they appear. The system uses the Mineral document's Lease Number/Name fields to retrieve records for the report. If the Lease Number/Name fields are blank, the system uses the Lessor field to retrieve records for the report. By default, the system sorts the report by Lessor Type, Lessor Name/Number, and then by File Number. Tip: If you did not enter the Lessor Number field on the Mineral Base document, the default sort is by File Number. |
Mineral Obligation (Base/Sub) Report (RP-0022/RP-0012) | The Mineral Obligation report lists all Mineral obligations that require attention during the period for which you generate the report. You can use the Print Options to have the system automatically e-mail the parties responsible for fulfilling the obligations.

Mineral Property Report | The Mineral Property report lists lease information for all Mineral documents or for a selection of specific Mineral documents. The report includes a cover page that lists the Selection, Print, and Sort options for the report. Tips
Running the Property Report When you submit the Mineral Property report options the system displays the Print Property Report window. The Print Property Report window lists all leases that will be included in the report. You can use the Print Property Report window to refine the report selection list and enter Print Options for the report.

Mineral Rental Calendar Report (RP-0013) | The Mineral Rental Calendar report summarizes all rentals that are scheduled for payment during the report period. The report provides a summary of information that you need to make recommendations on whether or not to pay lease rentals on a Mineral document. The system automatically displays the Mineral Rental Calendar report in Print Preview mode. The system automatically flags with * EXPIRY * all leases that expire in the month for which you generate the Rental Calendar report. If you do not de-activate or extend the lease, the lease continues to appear in the Rental Calendar report in subsequent years, but the system does not flag the lease with the * EXPIRY * flag. Tip: Often, companies distribute this report to the persons and/or departments that have input on making lease rental payment recommendations.

Mineral Rental Forecast Report (RP-0014) | The Mineral Rental Forecast report lists the gross and net rentals payable in a month. This report is instrumental in the budget creation process, and also helps to determine the cash balances required to meet lease rental payment obligations throughout the year. Note: The system looks to the Owner Company(s) and not to the Payor field to determine the net rental dollars.

Mineral Schedule A Report | The Mineral Schedule A report provides detailed information about the mineral documents in the production database and lists the documents to which they are related. You can export the report data, in the original report format, to an Excel spreadsheet.

Mineral Termination Report | The Mineral Termination report lists terminated Mineral Sub documents and displays the acreage for each Sub document, using the Acreage Category (producing/non-producing, developed/undeveloped, or proven/unproven) you specify in the Print Options.

Mineral Original Acquisition Report (RP-0043) | The Original Acquisition report summarizes all Original Acquisition information for Mineral documents.
