Business Associate Reports

Address Labels (Contract/Mineral/Surface/Well Associate Address Label)

Generate the Address Labels report to print address labels for all Business Associate records. When you choose the Associate Labels report, the system automatically generates the Business Associate address labels and displays them in Print Preview mode in the Address Labels window.

Alternatively you can generate labels by each specific module (Contract/Mineral/Surface/Well). From here, you can generate Active, Non-Active or Both, as well as by Associate Type.

When you print the labels, the system prints twenty Associate labels per page, as two columns of ten rows each.

• You cannot filter or sort Address Labels 

Master Listing Report (RP-0001)

The Master Listing report lists all active and inactive Associates set up in the database.

• By default, the system sorts the report by Primary Code.
