Report Options for Qbyte Optix Reports

The first accordion section that you will see when you open a report is for Report Options. Report Options allow you to refine how your report will look. The Report Options shown will vary depending on the report. The following report options are used in Qbyte Optix for Qbyte Metrix reports: A detailed description of all options has also been provided.

Data Selection

Comparison Filter

Used in the Well and DOI Comparison reports. If it is set to All Records, you can report on all Wells that match the reporting criteria regardless of whether or not there are any differences for that well between Qbyte Metrix, Qbyte Financial and Qbyte CS Land. If it is set to Only Records with Exceptions, you will report only on Wells that match the reporting criteria, and only if the well has a difference between Qbyte Metrix, Qbyte Financial and Qbyte CS Land.

Control Group Status

Choose to include Completed Control Groups only, Incomplete Control Groups only, or both Completed and Incomplete Control Groups.

Facility Charge Formula

Where you can specify to Include All Formulas or Unused Formulas.

Facility Charge Transaction Type

Where you can specify to Include Expenses Only, Income Only, or both Expense and Income transactions.

Global Factor Usage

Where you can specify to display where the Global Factors are used.

Include Details

Where you can specify to Include Details or not.

Include Edit Details

Where you can specify to Include Edit Details or not.

Include Formula Details

Where you can specify to Include Formula Details or not.

Include Inactive Charges

Where you can specify to Include Charges or not.

Include Inactive Obligations

Where you can specify to Include Inactive Royalty Obligations or not.

Include Monthly Notes

Where you can specify to Include Monthly Notes or not.

Show non-zero Differences Only

Where you can specify to show non-zero differences or not.

Notes

Where you can specify to Include Notes or not.

Include Permissions

When set to Yes, the report sections Resulting Corporate Permission and Control Group Resulting Permissions are displayed.

Process Status

Where you can specify to display, All, Loaded, or Passed FDC data.

Report Entity Exceptions

Where you can specify to Include Entity Exceptions or not.

Report Owner Exceptions

Where you can specify to Include Owner Exceptions or not.

Report From/To Exceptions

Where you can specify to Include From/To Exceptions or not.

Report Purchaser Exceptions

Where you can specify to Include Purchaser Exceptions or not.

Royalty Type

Where you can specify to Include Freehold Royalties Only, Override Royalties Only, Crown Royalties Only, IOGC Royalties Only, Other Royalties Only, F-Class Crown Royalties Only, or All Royalties.

Royalty Payor

Where you can specify to Include Non-Excluded Royalty Payors Only or All Royalty Payors.

Royalty Holiday

Where you can specify to Include Active Holidays Only or All Holidays.

Show Unused Factors Only

Where you can specify to include the unused Global Factors or all Global Factors.

Suppress Successful Edits

Where you can specify to Include all Edits (to suppress successful edits).

Taken In Kind Royalty

Where you can specify to Include Taken In Kind Royalties Only, Non-Taken In Kind Royalties Only, or All Royalties.

Usage Type

Where you can specify to Include Acid Gas Usages Only, Flared Usages Only, Lease Fuel Usages Only, Metering Difference Usages Only, Vent Usages Only or All Usages.

Well Data

Where you can specify to Include Well Data or not.

Reporting Period

Most Production Accounting reports will require a selection for Reporting Periods.
