QByte FM Interface - QB531

The QByte FM Interface (QB531) application enables the user to create .csv files from the UNPOSTED_TRANSACTION_MASTER and CHECK_REGISTER files to be reviewed in Microsoft Excel and loaded for use in the QByte FM system.

Up to four different .csv files will be created from this process, based on the data selected. These include:

• TRANSACTION_EXTRACT_CONTROL_YYYYMMDD.csv –  The control record used in the QByte import process

• TRANSACTION_EXTRACT_REC_STATUS_YYYYMMDD.csv – Purchaser Receivables

• TRANSACTION_EXTRACT_TRANSACTIONS_YYYYMMDD.csv – Accounting Transactions

• TRANSACTION_EXTRACT_CHEQUE_STATUS_YYYYMMDD.csv – Check records

In each of the listed files, the "YYYYMMDD" portion of the file name indicates the Period End Date entered by the user.
