The Destination Codes are not seeded and must be set up at implementation. Use the DEST_SYS Code Type to set up the Destination Codes that the user wants to view in the Report Centers form. These Destination Codes are the Corporate Business Unit in IFS AFE.

When creating the Destination Code, the code can be set up to 6 characters in length. This code is a random code and does not have any functionality. However, the code entered in the Name field corresponds to the Code in IFS AFE. Additionally, the Description entered in the Code corresponds to the Name of IFS AFE.

Corporate Business Unit Interoperability Settings in IFS AFE allow the user to cross-reference the IFS AFE Corporate Business Unit with the code required by the financial system that represents the organization or company.

For the IFS AFE and IFS Enterprise Upstream integration, the Corporate Business Unit is equivalent to the Destination Code that is entered in the report center. Only report centers that are transferred to IFS AFE contain the Corporate Business Unit (Destination Code in IFS Enterprise Upstream’s Report Center form).
